In order to protect corporate trademark rights and intellectual property rights, maintain market reputation, and ensure product quality, the company announced as follows:

一、 United Euro Furniture (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a modern large-scale enterprise integrating original design, production, sales and service. The company currently uses 122 design patents, and its registered trademarks are“A&X CASA”、“A&X NEW ROYAL HOME COLLECTION”、“A&X CASA LUXURY COLLECTION”(For trademarks, see Annex 1)，It is a well-known modern luxury furniture brand in China. Any individual or organization that uses the same or similar trademark on the same or similar goods, produces and sells products that infringe the design patent without the authorization of the company, the company will proceed in accordance with legal procedures if any forgery or imitation is found Rights protection.

二、 United Oulu Furniture (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. currently has only one production base in Shenzhen, and the company has not commissioned any other organization or individual to produce the company's furniture.

三、United Continental Furniture (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. now authorizes 49 dealers to sell“A&X”Series product furniture, and issuance of authorized qualifications (see appendix 2 for the list of dealers), please go to the officially authorized“A&X”Purchase at a brand store and enjoy formal pre-sales and after-sales services. If consumers purchase related products through unauthorized channels, the company does not guarantee the authenticity and quality, and has the right to refuse to provide related supporting services.

四、Consumers should pay attention to distinguish the authenticity and check the authorized qualifications of the merchants to ensure that you can purchase authentic products and avoid your worries. Beware of being fooled.

五、If consumers find that individuals or organizations are suspected of counterfeiting “A&X”The behavior of furniture is welcome to report actively. Once verified, the company will pursue its legal responsibility.
